RE: City of Cape Town – Annual Community Satisfaction Survey 2020

The City of Cape Town is interested in hearing about your views and experiences in Cape Town. 

We are particularly concerned to improve the quality of our service delivery to residents.  For this reason, we conduct a survey once a year, to find out what your experiences with the City of Cape Town services have been and what your needs are. The results of this survey influence the plans of the various City departments and their service to you. 
The City of Cape Town has employed an independent service provider, Citizen Surveys, to conduct the survey with randomly-selected households across Cape Town.  Fieldworkers from Citizen Surveys will be in your area from late February until early April 2020. They will have a Citizen Surveys branded lanyard that details their full name, a photograph and Citizen Surveys’ contact details.

Your cooperation with the fieldworkers in this important survey would be appreciated.
