If the answer is yes – then try to track it (without using your phone to remember the password) – If the answer is no – then enable tracking NOW by either:

- https://www.icloud.com/#find (I-Phone and apple devices)

- installing Prey from https://preyproject.com (free for up to 3 devices) and set it up
- https://account.microsoft.com/devices/about (for other phones use Microsoft account)
- vodacom protect app which is also efficient : https://protect.vodacom.co.za/Locate
- Any android device –https://www.google.co.za/#q=where+is+my+phone – You just need a Google account which you will have if you’ve got a gmail address
- For Android devices (not specifically Samsung), Android Device Manager can be used as well – https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager
